Frequently Asked Questions

Yes—metals like copper, silver, brass, and bronze naturally develop a patina as they age. This is completely normal. Some people love the warm, antique look it creates, while others prefer to keep their pieces bright and polished.
If you’d like to maintain the original shine, store your jewelry in an airtight bag when not in use and avoid exposure to moisture, lotions, and chemicals. Each piece includes care tips to help you keep it looking the way you love. You can also visit the “Caring for Your Jewelry” section for more details.

Yes! I love creating custom pieces. :)
I am currently not accepting customs but i will be opening up slots soon.

I generally only work on one or two custom orders at a time to ensure each piece gets the time and attention it deserves. If I have customs in progress, I’ll give you an honest estimate of when I can start yours — typically, my turnaround is about 2-3 weeks, depending on my queue and whether I need to source any special materials or stones for your design.
-
I generally don’t accept outside stones because, as much as I take every precaution, there’s always a risk that a stone can break during the wrapping or metalsmithing process — and I’d hate for that to happen to a piece that’s sentimental to you.
That said, there are some exceptions! I’m always happy to chat about your stone first, and I’ll be 100% honest about whether I feel comfortable working with it. If I think it’s too risky, I’ll let you know upfront. -
It’s easy! Head to the Contact tab on the homepage and send me a message with what you’re looking for—any stones or metals you have in mind, plus inspiration from my previous work if something caught your eye. I’ll get back to you with my current availability, estimated timeframe, and we’ll work together to finalize the design and pricing.
Once the design is confirmed, I’ll create a custom listing for you. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders. This deposit goes toward your final total and secures your spot before any work begins.
I like to share parts of the creation process, but I typically send photos once I’m ready to set the stones we’ve chosen. At that stage, we can review the piece and discuss any final adjustments if needed. I’m always honest about what I can create and won’t take on a project unless I’m confident I can bring it to life beautifully.

Copper can sometimes leave a temporary green tint on the skin. This is a natural, harmless reaction between the metal and your body’s oils or sweat, and it washes off easily. Everyone’s skin chemistry is different, so some people may experience this while others won’t—it’s something to keep in mind before purchasing.

I do not offer repairs on jewelry made by other artists. Repairs for pieces created by me are handled on a case-by-case basis, as several factors determine whether a repair is possible or if the piece would need to be fully remade.
If a stone becomes damaged over time, I may be able to source a replacement, though this cannot be guaranteed. Please keep in mind that repairs can be complex and sometimes costly, so taking proper care of your jewelry is essential.
If you ever need assistance, feel free to reach out so we can discuss repair options and pricing.

I do my best to capture each piece as true to life as possible. Most items are photographed both indoors and outdoors to show how they appear in natural and artificial lighting. Aside from basic cropping or lightly blurring the background, I don’t use filters or heavy editing on my photos.
That said, colors and tones may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and device. If you ever have questions or feel unsure about how a piece looks, feel free to reach out through my contact page—I’m always happy to help.
