  • Please read before purchasing:

  • Processing Times

    Processing time is separate from shipping time.

    -Ready-to-ship pieces: 1–5 business days
    -Made-to-order pieces: 3-10 business days
    -Custom work: Timeline discussed and confirmed prior to production

  • Shipping

    Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within the United States. If you’d like to add shipping insurance, please use the ‘shipping insurance’ listing available in my ‘Shop’ section. Insurance is highly recommended for higher-value purchases.

    If you prefer a different shipping carrier, please reach out before placing your order. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout but tend to be pricey.

    At this time, international shipping is not offered directly through my website. However, if you are located outside of the U.S. and are interested in purchasing a piece, feel free to contact me to discuss available shipping options. International shipping rates typically range between $20–$30, depending on location.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

    Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail after delivery confirmation.

    If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

    -Contact your local post office
    -File a missing mail claim with USPS

    If your package is lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, please contact me so a claim can be started.

    For added peace of mind, shipping insurance is strongly recommended on higher-value orders.

  • Returns

    Due to the handmade nature of my work, I generally do not accept returns. All sales are considered final, with the exception of items from my mini collection. I understand that buying jewelry online can be intimidating so please reach out to me if you have any questions. Always make sure you have the correct ring size before purchasing a ring as I am usually not able to resize them.
    If returning a mini collection item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition. A refund will then be issued for the item cost, excluding the original shipping fee.
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
    -The item
    -The packaging
    -The shipping label
    I will review the situation and work with you to determine the next steps.

  • Payments

    This website is hosted through SquareSpace and uses secure payment processing through their system, Klarna, or PayPal, depending on your selection at checkout. I do not have access to your full payment details—only the information necessary to fulfill and ship your order.

    By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these shop policies.

    If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, I reserve the right to dispute the claim using order records, tracking information, and any relevant correspondence.

  • Custom Work

    Customs are currently closed. Check back for updates.

  • Item Descriptions & Imaging

    I do my best to accurately represent each piece through descriptions and photographs. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

  • Right to Refuse Service

    I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at my discretion.
